Professional Experience
Mr. Burstein has been practicing law for more than 30 years and has extensive experience in negligent security and corporate liability matters. At the request of the New York City Mayor's Office, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York designated Mr. Burstein as one of six attorneys to assist the family members of the victims of TWA Flight 800. He is also the co-author of the Mass Disaster Planning and Recommendation Report arising out of that tragedy.
