Professional Experience

Mr. Liu is a former project manager at Gallup China.  Mr. Liu also worked as the senior coordinator at the International Cooperation Department of the central government, where he worked directly for senior leaders of the Chinese government. Mr. Liu holds a graduate degree from Harvard University.
