Professional Experience
Prior to joining Fortress Global, Mr. McVay worked as an investigator for a prominent California-based law firm where he directed investigative work and evidence gathering on over 200 high-value legal cases. He specialized in developing and evaluating case evidence, including oral testimony of percipient and expert witnesses, documents, photos and physical evidence, while managing a team of investigators.
More recently at Fortress Global, Mr. McVay has developed investigative strategies to support intellectual property rights protection, directed domestic and international evidence gathering in connection with high-profile civil lawsuits, and investigated allegations of internal theft and corporate malfeasance on behalf of clients.
