Professional Experience
Stanley Fischer is an authority on corporate legal matters. He is the Co-Founder and President of New York-based law firm Fischer and Burstein, PC. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years and has advised and represented domestic and international corporate entities in internal matters, mergers, acquisitions, real estate and litigation. Mr. Fischer is a Director and General Counsel of a publicly-traded, multinational pharmaceutical and chemical distribution company.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Nassau County Lawyers Association. He is a member of various professional committees including the International Law Section of the New York State Bar.
